Return Policy

Please notify us within 5 days of receipt of a damaged item. Any shipping damages must be noted and photographed at time of receipt. Please send photos of packaging and damaged products to sales@brassmonkey.studio.
Brass Monkey, LLC agrees to photograph and inspect all products before shipping to ensure they meet our quality control standards.

Stock items that are not customized or made to order can be returned within 30 days in their original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted for all returns, and return shipping is the responsibility of the client. Refunds will be issued once the product is returned and inspected.

We will determine if any custom machined brass pieces are eligible for a refund on a case by case basis. These aforementioned brass pieces will still be subject to a restocking fee.

Brass tubes are nonrefundable. Due to the fact that they are made to order and cut at custom sizes.

All shipping costs will be covered by the customer. Brass Monkey is not responsible for damages once products leave our studio.

Shipping

All brass connectors from our store will ship via a domestic ground carrier. If you’d like expedited shipping, please contact us for a quote. All tubes longer than 96” will be subject to a freight charge depending on the total weight of the package.

Trade

Brass Monkey may offer trade discounts to interior designers, architects and developers. Please contact us if you are interested in applying for a trade account.
